Dr. Sunday Akpan of Nigeria became a member of CORR
12-2011. His P.O.A. Bishop Barry Harris of GSPM at
www.celebratememphis.org has been a member of CORR for five years.
They hereby commission Dr. Isaac Richmond and CORR (Commission
On Racism and Religion) to Protest and give indictments on the crimes
of Fraud, Forgery. Mail Tampering, Inhuman Treatment and now Conspiracy
to not allow Dr. Akpan to be citizen for 24 years, by the Memphis School
of Preaching (Curtis Cates) and Immigration. (John Collins, a Black man
and Diane Campbell). The Memphis School of Preaching is sponsored
by the Forest Hill-Irene Church of Christ. School and Church are located
at 3950 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125 (901) 751-2444.
The Memphis has confessed to first four crimes but has not confessed
To the conspiracy crimes with Immigrations.. They sent letters and
made calls to Churches Of Christ telling not to support or allow
Dr. Akpan to preach. He as Preached in Baptist, Methodist,
And COGIC Churches.
Immigrations Stopped Dr. Akpan from working at FEDEX five years ago.
He lost his House and had to live in his car three years. They took his Driver’s
License and Kept the money. I saw this myself. She was a Black Christian.
Our taxes pay their salaries. She followed the orders of Immigrations.
We FEDEX twenty one documents to The Church Elders and the school
12-12-2011. We emailed those documents to both of them 12-13-2011. We also
emailed the documents to the Mayor, Police Director, District Attorney , some
City Councilmen, the news media and the Congressman knew about it in
August, All with NO RESPONSE.
We did not expect any response because we all work and live under the
Hypocritical Christianity white laws set in place before the slaves were freed.
Jesus’ Love thy neighbor law is void when it comes to crimes done by prominent
Whites , government employees and elected Officials. The No Response Law.
God is not pleased. We urge the REAL People to join CORR in this protest.

CORR press release - Church of Christ protest demonstration, Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012
In response to: 24 years of mail-fraud, forgery, illegal tampering/opening U.S. mail, extortion of funds under false pretense, forced signings of forged/false letters and documents of self-incrimination under threats of deportation and duress, the obstruction of justice, cover-ups, and human rights violations, being carried out against Evangelist Dr. Sunday Akpan of Nigeria, West Africa - on Sunday, February 12, 2012, beginning at 9:ooam, Dr. Isaac Richmond, National Director of the Commission on Religion and Racism (CORR), has issued the Global Call for the first in a series of Freedom and Justice Marches, protest demonstrations and rallies against the Memphis School of Preaching (sponsored by the Church of Christ) for its racially-discriminatory, hypocritical-fraudulent-missionary outreach programs on the Continent of Africa. With particular reference to its volations of both the spirit and letter of the Laws of the U. S. Constitution, Immigration, Civil/Criminal Codes of the State of Tennessee, the 1964 Civil Rights Act, denial of hearings and due process, repression of free speech and human rights violations - with willfull-premeditation malice and forethought - perpetrated against Church of Christ missionary-convert, Evangelist Dr. Sunday Akpan, of Nigeria, West Africa. This has resulted in the defamation of Dr. Akpan's reputation and character; academic slander/harassment and grade-tampering; the denial of his right to U. S. Citizenship after being in America 24 years; the denial of his right-to-work and make a living; being forced to sign blank statements thanking and acknowledging having received unlisted amounts of donations and contributions from unnamed sources through the Church of Christ, which, to this day, Dr. Akpan has not received; forcing him to sign a statement depriving him of free speech, all civil/human rights; the denial of his right to health care and medical attention; the cutting off of all support to Dr. Akpan from local Churches of Christ, causing him to exist without adequate food for several days-at-a-time; causing him to lose his home and financial upkeep, and being forced to live-out-of, and sleep in, an automobile for three years. And this remains his present state of existence.
Parties to this long train of abuses, persecutions, crimes, sins, and unChristian conduct against Evangelist Dr. Sunday Akpan by the Memphis School of Preaching - and all unnamed-hidden-hands acting in concert with them - are as follows: the Institution and administration of the Forest Hill-Irene Church of Christ School of Preaching; Curtis A Cates and Brenda Rutherford, of the Church of Christ; Dianne Campbell and John Collins, of Immigration; and all Church of Christ Elders connected with - and having authority thereunto - the Church of Christ.
Thus on Sunday, February 12, 2012, beginning at 9:00am, Dr. Isaac Richmond will open CORR demonstrations against the Forest Hill-Irene Church of Christ and its School of Preaching, (901-751-2444), located at 3950 Forest Hill-Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125. A press conference will be held during the demonstration at 10:30am, by Vietnam Veteran and retired Church of Christ Bishop Barry Harris, who will release irrefutable documents of indictment against the Church of Christ sponsored School of Preaching, and call for Vietnam Veterans to join the protest. The National CORR Director will issue a complete list of demands of redress for reconciliation, restoration, and reparations regarding Evangelist Dr. Sunday Akpan case.
